That, ladies and gentlemen, is Karl Rove's car. It was a roasting prank of sorts thought to be masterminded by Al Hubbard, Chairman of the National Economic Council.
Things you can't see in the picture include a I Love Barrack Obama liscence plate and a large stuffed elephant.
Funny stuff, if only put as much effort into running the country.
